Medical Representative – CHC – Casablanca

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative for its Consumer Health Care (CHC) portfolio in Casablanca. You will work within a supportive culture that values innovation, caring, and collaboration, promoting high‑quality medicines to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand image and drive prescriptions and recommendations for CHC products.
• Visit targeted physicians, using a patient‑centric approach to communicate scientific and technical value.
• Implement the medical visit strategy, managing coverage, frequency and product cycles.
• Utilise promotional tools and multi‑channel communication to personalise messages.
• Ensure product availability in nearby pharmacies and support sell‑out with sales teams.
• Analyse territory performance and competition, and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage planning, CRM tracking and activity reporting.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and report adverse events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong sales mindset, autonomy and excellent communication skills.

• CRM usage for tracking and reporting.
