Medical Representative - Oujda

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals, a pharma company active for over 45 years, is looking for a Medical Representative to join its team in Oujda, Morocco. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products to physicians through targeted visits and building a patient-centric relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the brand image and drive prescription and recommendation.
• Visit targeted physicians to promote products using a patient-centric approach.
• Communicate the scientific and technical value of the products clearly.
• Implement the medical visit strategy, including coverage, frequency and product cycles.
• Use promotional tools and multi-channel communication to personalise messages.
• Ensure product availability in nearby pharmacies and support sell-out with sales teams.
• Analyse territory performance and competition, and implement action plans.
• Manage planning, CRM tracking and activity reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and report adverse events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (a scientific background is preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong sales mindset, autonomy and excellent communication skills.
