OTC Specialist – Customer Master Data & Order Management

About the role

The OTC Specialist will support BASF Coating Maroc by managing customer master data, order processing, and coordination across supply‑chain functions. This role ensures smooth onboarding, accurate order entry, and timely communication with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer master data in SAP and related systems.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and account activation processes.
• Support customer training and assistance on digital ordering platforms.
• Prepare and update customer contracts and approval documentation.
• Process customer orders received via email and digital platforms.
• Follow up with S&OP, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams regarding stock and inbound status.
• Manage blocked orders and coordinate resolution with CRM and Finance teams.
• Act as the primary contact for customers on product availability, pricing, delivery follow‑up, and order status.
• Handle return processes, credit notes, and corrective actions.
• Create and follow up Non‑Conformity Management cases and customer claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or order management.
• Fluent in French and Arabic, with proficient written and oral English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Highly motivated, proactive self‑starter.
