Quality Engineering Leader

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Quality Engineering Leader to drive quality governance across its ATC (Advanced Technology Center) operations. You will act as the primary quality authority, linking plant teams, regional quality groups and engineering to ensure robust processes and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the reference quality authority for ATC management and coordinate with MEA plants, project teams and regional quality functions.
• Monitor, analyze and manage ATC quality KPIs, integrating field feedback from warranty, QFS and field actions into engineering practices.
• Lead preventive actions, lessons‑learned capitalization and risk mitigation initiatives, including TWS MEA reduction.
• Deploy, maintain and continuously improve the ATC Quality Management System in line with Stellantis and Group requirements.
• Ensure process compliance, document control and lead QMS audits, corrective action plans and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality roles, preferably within automotive or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS/SMQ) and proven ability to apply them.
• Expertise in problem‑solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone) and root‑cause analysis.

Required skills

• Power BI – intermediate to advanced level for data analysis and KPI monitoring.
