Quote Services Associate Manager

About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is a distributor of electronic components and value-added services. As part of its growth, ARROW Morocco is strengthening its Quotation team in Casablanca and is looking for a Quote Services Associate Manager. The position is full time and involves managing the team and the standard quote process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procedures and team workload, supervise the team and ensure the standard and global quote process is executed.
• Write, maintain and adopt standard quote operating procedures, and verify their adoption to gather information for improvement, training and development.
• Interview and train new employees, set team priorities and goals, take part in talent development and performance appraisals, and take part in salary and merit discussions and disciplinary actions.
• Enter customer quotes into Arrow's IQ and Sales Desktop systems, manipulate data and use advanced Excel formatting.
• Learn strategic nuances for specific accounts to help the sales manager determine quote strategy.
• Monitor the quote process daily, remind sales managers of quote response deadlines, and maintain the quote log.
• Coordinate and execute strategic and global customer quotes.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management or sales.
• At least 2 years as a people manager.
• Advanced level of English.
• Analytical, accountable and customer-oriented, with communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
