Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

Evernex, a global company in sustainable IT lifecycle management, is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who works directly with the Sales Team, customers and international partners. The role covers sales contracts and funding partnerships across several regions.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure new and existing opportunities are followed up and completed on time
• Work with the help desk, pre-sales and delivery teams on the administration of IT parts, maintenance contracts and asset disposal
• Compile information from the Sales team and engage the pre-sales team
• Submit sales quotations to customers via Salesforce or to the Sales team
• Provide the paperwork the sales team needs (PO, SFP and call support)
• Report monthly to management and deliver the monthly sales report in Salesforce
• Assist the sales team with pipeline management, handle contract renewals and follow up with clients

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or equivalent
• 0-2 years of coordination experience and/or sales administration
• Fluent in French and English

Required skills

• Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Advanced MS Office skills (e.g. Excel VLOOKUP)
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is highly preferable
