About the role

Mountain Voyage Morocco is seeking an experienced Contracting Manager to lead supplier negotiations and partnership development within the Moroccan tourism market. The role focuses on securing competitive rates, maintaining strong relationships with hotels, riads, transport providers, and other key suppliers, and aligning contract strategies with sales and operations objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contracts with a wide range of tourism suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships with hotels, riads, transport companies, and other service providers.
• Secure competitive rates and favorable contract conditions.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure contract terms support business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar contracting or supplier‑management role.
• In‑depth knowledge of the tourism sector in Morocco.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Organised, proactive, and reliable work ethic.
