Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role
Christian Dior Couture is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join its boutique in Casablanca. You will act as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering exceptional service and contributing to the store’s sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a welcoming, client‑focused environment across in‑store, phone, and digital channels.
- Develop and nurture a local and international client book, recruiting top clients.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the stories behind each item.
- Collaborate with management to resolve client issues efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury boutiques.
- University degree or fashion school qualification.
- Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong ambition to grow within luxury retail and take on new responsibilities.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude with flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office 365 (basic digital software proficiency).
