Sales Associate – Luxury Retail

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join its boutique in Casablanca. You will act as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering exceptional service and contributing to the store’s sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a welcoming, client‑focused environment across in‑store, phone, and digital channels.
• Develop and nurture a local and international client book, recruiting top clients.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the stories behind each item.
• Collaborate with management to resolve client issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury boutiques.
• University degree or fashion school qualification.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong ambition to grow within luxury retail and take on new responsibilities.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with flexibility and a willingness to learn.
