About the role

We are looking for an Italian‑speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Casablanca. The position starts immediately and offers a professional, dynamic environment where you will focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach in Italian to prospect potential customers.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly activity targets while adhering to quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve scripts and processes.

Required profile

• Fluent Italian (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or sales environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work against targets.
• Reliability, punctuality and a team‑spirit attitude.
• Immediate availability for the role.
