Senior Business Analyst – ICT & Telecom

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support strategic customers in the ICT and telecommunications sectors. You will work closely with senior executives to understand business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ business needs, operational challenges, and strategic objectives, providing recommendations for business development and long‑term growth.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, assess competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
• Support customers in defining ICT development strategies, technology roadmaps, service development plans, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to develop new services, optimize revenue streams, improve profitability, and create sustainable competitive advantages.
• Assess product performance, market positioning, customer value, and profitability to support portfolio development.
• Analyze organizational structures, business processes, and operating models to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Prepare business cases, cost and profitability analyses, performance assessments, and strategic recommendations for decision‑making.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and translate customer needs into consulting solutions.
• Prepare strategic reports, business presentations, market assessments, and transformation roadmaps for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning, telecommunications, ICT consulting, or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications and ICT ecosystem, including market dynamics, digital services, and technology‑driven business models.
• Proven experience in business analysis, market intelligence, business model development, or operating model transformation.
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop practical, value‑oriented recommendations.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, cost management, profitability assessment, and business planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
