Senior Business Research Analyst

About the role

Infomineo is seeking a curious and analytical Senior Business Research Analyst to support global clients across various industries. Based in Casablanca, you will work on‑site, collaborating directly with clients to answer complex business questions through high‑quality research.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requests, clarify requirements and define research strategies.
• Identify and prioritize sources, allocate time budgets, and select appropriate deliverable formats (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Collect data from primary interviews and secondary web/database sources.
• Provide alternative approaches when information is unavailable.
• Validate data accuracy, ensure quality assurance and package findings with supporting documentation.
• Report progress to managers and contribute to internal newsletters.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant research or analytical experience.
• Strong ability to dissect problems, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
