Senior PR Consultant - Dubai

About the role

Halo Consulting, a boutique agency specialising in luxury, hospitality and lifestyle, is expanding into Dubai and is looking for an experienced PR professional. The role is freelance or full-time and covers media and influencer relations for the agency's clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies tailored to the UAE market.
• Build compelling stories, pitch journalists and secure earned media coverage.
• Manage relationships with media, influencers and industry contacts.
• Write press releases, pitches and other communications materials.
• Coordinate interviews, press stays, media visits and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor results and prepare client reports.
• Work closely with the founder and the Morocco-based team.

Required profile

• Based in the UAE, ideally Dubai.
• At least 5 years of PR experience, including substantial experience in the UAE.
• A strong track record within a reputable PR agency.
• Experience with hospitality, luxury hotels, travel or lifestyle brands.
• An established network of UAE journalists, editors and influencers.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, organised and confident managing accounts independently.
