About the role
The Sous-Chef / Senior Chef de Partie will support the Executive Chef in delivering high‑quality dishes and maintaining excellent presentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and assist kitchen staff in all aspects of food production.
- Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality.
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for kitchen areas and equipment.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for kitchen staff.
Required profile
- 2+ years of culinary or kitchen experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
