Spa Receptionist

About the role

Join a luxury hotel’s spa team and be the first point of contact for guests seeking relaxation and wellness services. As a Spa Receptionist you will create a welcoming atmosphere, promote spa offerings, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in spa guests, answering questions about services and retail products.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage spa reservations using the property’s reservation system.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and issue receipts.
• Promote spa services and retail items to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front‑desk area.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, moving light items (≤10 lb unassisted, ≤25 lb with assistance), and navigating uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or professional licenses needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software.
• Cash handling and basic payment processing.
