About the role

IO Solutions Contact Center is expanding its team in Morocco and is looking for bilingual Customer Service Specialists with a strong sales focus. The role involves managing customer relationships through chat and phone, resolving issues, recommending products and ensuring follow‑up to achieve complete satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat and telephone in both English and French.
• Diagnose customer problems, provide appropriate solutions and recommend relevant products.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow‑up to confirm customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and French with a passion for helping people.
• Strong enthusiasm for actively promoting and selling products or services.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, computer‑driven environment.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and technical aptitude.
• Punctuality and respect for scheduled shifts.
