Store Sales Manager

About the role

SAFAA FILTER SARL is looking for a Store Sales Manager to lead its Casablanca retail outlet. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing daily store operations for water filtration and purification solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Welcome customers, assess their water filtration needs, and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, arrange product displays, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Set pricing, manage promotions, and monitor sales performance through regular reports.
• Handle cash, billing procedures, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales or store management, preferably in technical or home‑solution products.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Casablanca.
