Travel Advisor – Luxury Destination Management

About the role

PURE MOROCCO is looking for a dedicated Travel Advisor to join its team in Rabat‑Salé‑Kénitra. You will work on‑site, creating tailor‑made luxury travel experiences for clients who expect the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build personalized travel itineraries for individual and group clients.
• Coordinate all bookings, including hotels, riads, transport, and exclusive activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, from inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.
• Manage reservations and ensure all details meet PURE MOROCCO’s quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences and travel documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel arrangements within a travel agency or DMC environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building client relationships.
• In‑depth knowledge of Morocco’s geography, culture, and key travel destinations.
• Problem‑solving ability and flexibility to adapt to varied client needs.
• Proficiency in English, French and Arabic is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
