Treasury Specialist

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Treasury Specialist, supporting daily treasury operations and ensuring accurate cash management across the organization. You will work closely with finance, banking partners, and internal teams to maintain strong financial controls and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cash inflows and outflows, maintain accurate cash positions, and prepare daily cash flow forecasts.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Track invoice postings, payment due dates, and vendor payments for customs and tax compliance.
• Coordinate treasury transactions, including incoming checks, bank transfers, and payment processing.
• Assist with vendor bank account setup, maintain banking documentation, and nurture bank relationships.
• Prepare treasury reports and documentation to support internal controls and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, finance, accounting, or financial risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on financial reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in cash management, cash flow forecasting, treasury reporting, and bank reconciliations.
