Alumni Relationship Manager (Casablanca)

About the role

ALX Africa is seeking an Alumni Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact for its alumni community in Morocco. You will nurture relationships, capture success stories, and turn alumni experiences into valuable contributions for the broader ALX ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with alumni through calls, emails, and events.
• Identify, document, and promote alumni success stories that illustrate the impact of ALX programmes.
• Activate alumni as mentors, speakers, or partners to support current learners and the wider community.
• Gather insights on alumni career journeys and translate them into engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align alumni activities with ALX’s strategic goals.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people’s professional journeys.
• Excellent listening and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in community or alumni engagement, preferably within a non‑profit or educational setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using communication tools (phone, email, video conferencing).
