Asset Associate

About the role

Join Arrow's Asset Associate team in Casablanca and support the back‑office functions that keep our supply chain running smoothly. You will work closely with sales, customer service and logistics colleagues to ensure accurate inventory and supplier data.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse stock returns and parts, manage IPV and RDR processes.
• Expedite orders and maintain confirm dates in the system.
• Investigate inventory liabilities and update lead times.
• Reconcile BL actions from Infosys and clean up past‑due purchase orders.
• Handle supply responsibilities for small or non‑franchised suppliers.

Required profile

• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, order management or sales.
• Strong accountability, communication and coordination abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excel proficiency (a plus).
