About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Business Developer to promote our recruitment solutions to international clients. The role is based in Rabat and requires fluency in both English and French to manage a portfolio of corporate accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients in the recruitment sector.
- Present and sell recruitment products and services via phone and digital channels.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and profitability.
- Maintain ongoing relationships, providing follow‑up and support to maximize client satisfaction.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of proven B2B sales or telesales experience.
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative in the recruitment industry.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken).
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent verbal communication.
- Well‑organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
