Co-Founder – Head of Business, Finance & Partnerships

About the role

RIAD Finance is seeking a Co‑Founder to lead Business, Finance and Partnerships. You will shape the company’s strategy, build key banking and institutional relationships, and drive fundraising while working closely with the technical founder.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand banking and institutional partnerships across Morocco.
• Lead regulatory dialogue with AMMC and Bank Al‑Maghrib.
• Develop and execute the overall business strategy and fundraising plan.
• Manage strategic conversations with banks, investors and partners.
• Collaborate with the technical founder to align product development with business needs.

Required profile

• Strong background in banking, finance or business development.
• Existing relationships with Moroccan financial institutions or regulators.
• Comfortable leading high‑level strategic discussions.
• Understanding of capital markets, payments or financial products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, execution and accountability.
• Based in Morocco or deeply rooted in the Moroccan financial ecosystem.
• Interest in blockchain and the future of finance (technical expertise not required).
