CRM Analyst – Data Insights & Forecasting

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Analyst to turn customer and market data into actionable insights that enhance the consumer experience and drive business results. Based in Casablanca, you will work closely with marketing, sales and commercial teams to support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, combine and analyse internal and external data sources (market trends, consumer behaviour, campaign performance) to maintain a high‑quality CRM database.
• Perform ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses, segmentation studies and develop forecasting and predictive models for B2C and B2B channels.
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations for consumer‑journey strategy, campaign management and KPI tracking.
• Produce regular KPI reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders, highlighting trends and performance indicators.
• Build, automate and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor business performance and CRM metrics.

Required profile

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or Quantitative Marketing.
• 2‑3 years of experience in data mining, CRM or direct marketing.
• Project‑management competence and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
• SQL or other data‑query tools (e.g., KNIME).
• Power BI for data visualisation and dashboard creation.
