About the role
The Director, Commercial Frontline will act as the bridge between brand/category teams and commercial operating teams, ensuring that initiatives are clearly communicated to bottlers and customer teams across Morocco. This senior position requires strong relationship‑building and leadership capabilities while working across multiple retail and foodservice channels.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the total trademark commercial perspective in all bottler network discussions and communicate initiatives to bottlers and customers.
- Translate brand strategies into actionable plans for retail and foodservice channels.
- Develop, implement and achieve the annual commercial business plan.
- Align channel input on price and pack architecture, ensuring coherence and steering new item introductions.
- Lead collaboration with Revenue Growth Management to create tools and tracking for sales teams, maximizing revenue and gross profit.
- Support category/brand teams in budgeting, allocation, and re‑allocation of program funds based on performance.
- Assist Commercial Leadership with strategic planning and performance management.
- Partner with product and package leads to create launch decks and planning guides for market execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 5‑7 years of experience, preferably in consumer goods or beverages.
- Proven leadership across large‑store, small‑store and Foodservice/On‑Premise channels.
- Experience in brand and category management, pricing, promotions and sales coordination.
- Strong business acumen to develop 1‑3 year plans and anticipate market trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels.
- People leadership experience managing virtual teams and influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of leading cross‑functional teams.
