About the role

We are looking for a Dutch or Flemish speaking Customer Support Agent to join our travel‑industry team in Tangier, Morocco. You will interact with customers in Dutch/Flemish and English, providing friendly assistance and solutions over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and handle customer inquiries in Dutch/Flemish and English.
• Provide accurate information about travel products and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a pleasant telephone demeanor and build strong relationships with callers.
• Document interactions and follow up on open cases.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish and English.
• Quick learner with the ability to multitask and react swiftly.
• Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude.
