About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fast‑paced, remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat, and email.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with clear, empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
- Provide feedback on tools and processes to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
- Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
