Future Legacy Maker – Food & Beverage Management Graduate Program

About the role

The Future Legacy Maker program is a 12‑month graduate development journey at Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, designed to fast‑track high‑potential hospitality graduates into food & beverage management roles. Participants rotate through key F&B areas, receive leadership coaching and work on real business projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gain operational exposure across restaurants, bars & lounges, banqueting & events, in‑room dining and stewarding.
• Support guest experience initiatives and revenue‑optimization activities.
• Assist in quality and service‑excellence monitoring.
• Participate in leadership and team‑development programmes.
• Collaborate with other resort departments on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food & beverage management or a related field.
• Recent graduate from a recognised hospitality school.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations and service standards.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and eagerness to learn.
