Healthcare Operations Associate (Outbound Calls)

About the role

MyOutDesk is seeking a detail‑oriented Healthcare Operations Associate to work remotely from Casablanca. The role involves placing outbound calls to U.S. healthcare providers, clinics and insurance contacts to gather and document information needed for patient‑care coordination. This is a data‑gathering position, not a sales role, and follows structured workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Place daily outbound calls to U.S. healthcare providers, clinics and insurance contacts using detailed scripts.
• Accurately capture call information and enter it into the client’s internal systems.
• Monitor task queue and meet daily volume and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct online research on healthcare practices, providers, specialties and insurance plans.
• Re‑attempt calls and troubleshoot edge cases to maintain quality standards.
• Respond promptly to Slack messages and attend occasional video meetings with the U.S. team.
• Provide feedback on tools and workflows for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C2 level) – spoken and written.
• 2+ years experience in the U.S. healthcare industry (providers, insurance, care coordination, billing, etc.).
• 2+ years experience in a call‑center, lead generation, virtual assistant or outbound‑calling role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace and comfort using CRMs and web‑based tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Effective time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks across a queue.
• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
