HR Generalist

About the role

Allianz Services Morocco is looking for an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations at its Tangier site. The role will involve handling HR administration, recruitment, employee lifecycle management and ensuring compliance with policies and Moroccan labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration including contracts, employee files and leave management.
• Support recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding.
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal mobility and exits.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Moroccan labour legislation.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees at the Tangier location.
• Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour law.
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor and discretion.
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
