Lead, Movement Development and Quality Standards

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a senior professional to lead the development and management of innovative operating models and quality standards across its global network. The role will strengthen organisational capacity, drive adoption of fit‑for‑purpose models, and foster a strong quality culture throughout the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve global operating models for Save the Children entities.
• Facilitate capacity‑building initiatives and provide technical expertise to support model adoption.
• Manage the Quality Framework and Mutual Accountability Framework across members.
• Lead strategic analysis, horizon scanning and monitoring of sector developments.
• Coordinate with global and country teams to ensure consistent practice and governance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing and rolling out solutions informed by user feedback, data and evolving organisational needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in an international NGO context.
• Strong understanding of capacity‑building, governance and quality‑culture development.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
