Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer will support the design, optimisation and implementation of production lines for automotive interior components at our Kenitra plant. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure manufacturability, efficiency and quality of new and existing products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise production line layouts using AutoCAD.
• Create and maintain process flow charts and PFMEA risk analyses.
• Conduct manufacturability studies (DFA/DFM) and define machine parameters.
• Monitor assembly processes and equipment performance in daily production.
• Develop, test and implement technical changes and new technological procedures (ODS) for serial production.
• Determine operation times (MTM) and distribute them across the line.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives such as LEAN, Kaizen and “Do It” projects.

Required profile

• University degree or high‑school diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role.
• Good command of English for everyday communication.
• Hands‑on experience with PFMEA, AutoCAD and time‑measurement systems (MTM preferred).
