Production Supervisor

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest quality standards while complying with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. You will work with a diverse team to drive safety, efficiency and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage the production team to achieve scheduled goals and maintain high motivation and efficiency.
• Adapt production plans to market changes and customer demand, ensuring flexible organization.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and drive performance improvements.
• Develop talent within the team through coaching and training.
• Support capacity studies for customer volume forecasts.
• Ensure consistent use of TEOA tools on the shop floor.
• Apply EHS legislation and internal policies, maintaining a clean, safe and injury‑free workplace.
• Enforce PPE usage, MSDS compliance and proper equipment handling.
• Collect and communicate EHS feedback and anomalies to line management and the EHS team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or related).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably cable assembly, automotive or electronics.
• Proven experience in production supervision, team leadership and operations management.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, production planning, quality standards and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Ability to monitor performance, coordinate resources and achieve safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets.

Required skills

• ERP systems – SAP or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office suite.
