Marketing & Activations Officer (Offline Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing & Activations Officer with an offline focus to strengthen brand presence through impactful field activations, in‑store campaigns, and promotional events. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands‑on execution to deliver high‑quality brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including in‑store activations, roadshows and promotional events.
• Coordinate and supervise field teams – recruitment, onboarding, scheduling and training.
• Deploy and manage field staff across multiple locations ensuring coverage and performance.
• Handle logistics and distribution of promotional materials and point‑of‑sale materials (POSM).
• Monitor field performance, conduct quality checks and produce operational reports after each activation.
• Collaborate with commercial and field teams to align activities with business objectives.
• Conduct competitor and market visits to gather insights and improve execution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing or operations.
• Proven track record of managing field teams and large‑scale activations.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
