New Product Introduction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to lead the transfer and industrialization of products from our UK operations to our Morocco facility. This role is critical for ensuring smooth product launches, manufacturing readiness, and scalable production processes while fostering collaboration across global cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transfer and industrialization of products and processes from the UK to Morocco.
• Drive seamless transition from prototype and pilot builds to serial production.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Establish manufacturing documentation, SOPs, process flows, and work instructions.
• Support manufacturing readiness and process stabilization during ramp‑up.
• Develop and manage NPI project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams across locations.
• Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation plans.
• Drive process validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Support implementation of PFMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, and FAIR activities.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives during initial production phases and ramp‑up stabilization.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in New Product Introduction, industrialization, manufacturing engineering or program management.
• Experience transferring products across geographies, preferably Europe to Africa or Asia.
• Background in aerospace, defense, EWIS, electronics or other complex manufacturing environments (preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
