About the role

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to provide on‑site technical support and maintenance for IT and telecom infrastructure at a client location in Morocco. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, system audits and collaboration with local teams to ensure reliable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for IT infrastructure and telecom systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with standards.
• Document all maintenance activities and generate required reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT & Telecom sector.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
