Sales Associate – Retail (Morocco, Salé)

About the role

As a Sales Associate you will be the face of adidas in our Salé store, inspiring customers and driving sales while ensuring a seamless shopping experience across both physical and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers entering the store, delivering the CONNECT‑ENGAGE‑INSPIRE service standards.
• Maintain awareness of store KPIs and actively contribute to sales targets.
• Utilise product knowledge to communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Guide customers through digital and omnichannel tools for a unified experience.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish fixtures, and keep the sales floor fully stocked.
• Complete sales transactions accurately, adhering to cash protection procedures.
• Execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to create an appealing environment.
• Collaborate with teammates, share improvement ideas, and uphold an inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Preferably 1‑2 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and strong verbal communication skills.
• Team‑first mindset with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Eagerness to learn, seek coaching, and complete training programs.
