About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead business development and sales of our security and low‑voltage solutions across the Middle East. You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence and build strong relationships with system integrators, distributors, consultants and end users.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with system integrators, channel partners, consultants and end users.
- Promote and sell solutions such as access control, video surveillance, networking, intrusion detection and related technologies.
- Drive business development initiatives and uncover new market opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to create joint business plans and sales campaigns.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analyses and performance reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective account management and after‑sales support.
- Work closely with technical and pre‑sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales, business development or account management experience in security, low‑voltage, ICT or technology distribution.
- Proven experience working with system integrators, distributors and channel partners.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
