About the role
Move Community is seeking a full‑time Sales Specialist to join its on‑site team in Casablanca. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients for the organization’s education‑focused programs.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through in‑person and phone outreach.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Maintain and update sales records in the CRM and other tracking tools.
- Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and nurture existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Represent Move Community at training sessions, events, and workshops.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication with active listening skills.
- Proven customer‑service experience and ability to build trust.
- Demonstrated sales experience, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing.
- Experience in sales management or support (pipeline tracking, reporting).
- Goal‑oriented mindset with solid organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Comfort working on‑site in Casablanca and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Previous experience in education, community programs, or related fields is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Proficiency with office productivity software.
