About the role
We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Analyst to join Oracle Health’s International Support team in Agadir. In this entry‑level position you will provide functional and technical assistance to clients, resolve incidents and maintain applications across front‑ and back‑end systems. You will work closely with customers, OEMs and VARs to ensure a high level of satisfaction while supporting our human‑centric healthcare solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver functional and technical expertise to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve incidents, perform application maintenance and troubleshoot front‑ and back‑end applications.
- Document investigation notes, activities, resolutions and knowledge articles throughout each case.
- Prioritise work based on severity and urgency, with up to 20 % travel.
- Participate in on‑call rotation as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Fluent English communication skills.
