In this role, you will act as a key brand ambassador, delivering high-level support to our most prestigious corporate clients and ensuring seamless service delivery in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Missions principales
- Provide professional assistance to corporate clients in both English and French.
- Resolve complex inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Collaborate closely with team members to exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are maintained to foster long-term client loyalty.
- Contribute to an efficient operational workflow by utilizing advanced digital tools and platforms.
