About the role
As an Account Manager at Glovo, you will support small- and medium-size restaurant partners to grow their business on our platform. You will combine strategic account management with advertising and promotional tools to boost visibility, increase orders and improve partner retention in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners through regular communication, meetings and business reviews.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
- Develop and execute growth plans, including promotional negotiations, marketing activations and menu optimisation to increase average order value, conversion and cross-selling.
- Enhance partner visibility using Glovo’s marketing kits, merchandising and other promotional assets.
- Identify churned or inactive partners, create action plans and work with internal teams to reactivate them.
- Own the onboarding process in the app, from store setup to the first days of operation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customised solutions.
- Lead new projects aimed at improving portfolio management and partner experience.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Fluent Arabic and good proficiency in English.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented with solid project-management abilities.
- Data-driven problem-solver with analytical mindset.
