Administrative Intern – Accounting Support

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Intern to join our finance team at Otis in Casablanca. The role offers hands‑on experience in supplier and customer accounting, supporting daily financial operations while learning from seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Enter purchase invoices, general expenses and fixed‑asset acquisitions into the accounting system.
• Prepare and process supplier payments and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Record customer payments, perform account matching and support collection follow‑ups.
• Post fixed‑asset entries, calculate depreciation and maintain asset registers.
• Assist in preparing VAT returns and other statutory filings.
• Update personnel data such as leave and absence records.
• Track and post employee expense reports.

Required profile

• Current enrollment in a finance, accounting or related degree program.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
