About the role

We are looking for curious, detail‑oriented individuals to help shape the future of artificial intelligence. As an AI Chatbot Tester you will engage directly with cutting‑edge conversational agents, probing their limits and providing structured feedback that makes them safer and more useful.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and sustain conversations with AI chatbots across a wide variety of topics, from everyday queries to creative or complex scenarios.
• Assess each response for helpfulness, factual accuracy, tone, safety, and potential bias.
• Identify and document issues such as incorrect facts, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or biased language.
• Design and test challenging, edge‑case prompts to explore the chatbot’s boundaries.
• Submit detailed, structured feedback using the provided evaluation framework.
• Work independently on a flexible schedule, meeting task‑based deadlines.

Required profile

• Naturally curious and enjoys exploring diverse topics.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for language and tone.
• Ability to evaluate response quality objectively and explain reasoning clearly.
• Comfortable navigating chat‑based tools and digital platforms.
• Detail‑oriented and consistent in following evaluation guidelines.
• No prior AI or technical background required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI conversational tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini (optional but beneficial).
