BI Data Analyst

About the role

The BI Data Analyst will turn complex data sets into actionable insights that drive decision‑making across Cnexia’s Credit Risk, Finance, Compliance and Technology teams. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will design dashboards, automate reporting and help shape data‑driven strategies in a fast‑growing telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate insights effectively.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and present findings clearly.
• Automate data processing, reporting, and output generation to improve efficiency.
• Transform, consolidate, and manage large, complex datasets from diverse sources.
• Develop and implement analytics enhancements for upstream and downstream data projects.
• Assess the impact of data source changes and design mitigation strategies.
• Analyse data architecture and contribute to improvements in data gathering and integration.
• Apply systematic problem‑solving techniques to investigate and resolve data issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 + years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Intermediate proficiency in statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL, SAS, and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong data‑analytics literacy with the ability to interpret and explain insights to non‑technical audiences.
