About the role
Join TELUS Digital’s fast‑growing team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers across Canada, providing support in both English and French through phone, chat, and email.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in English and French via multiple channels.
- Provide accurate information on TELUS products, services, billing, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with empathy and efficiency.
- Document interactions and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
Required profile
- Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced setting.
- Customer‑first mindset with a passion for helping others.
