Business Development Representative – German Speaking

About the role

As a Business Development Representative – Broadcom at Arrow, you will manage existing and prospective customers, focusing on profitable growth with partners by acquiring new prospects and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Arrow Account Managers and the Customer Success team to identify key reseller partners with strong potential to grow sales of Broadcom products and services.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
• Work on client renewals, contract extensions, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and client organisations.
• Identify sales scenarios and business development opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
• Support partners by organising regular commercial training sessions through webinars and facilitating technical training setups.
• Build and maintain a high level of trust with partners to ensure Arrow is involved in larger projects.
