Chef de Projet – Programme Immobilier

About the role

AEDGE Partners, a private‑equity firm specialized in real‑estate investment and development, is looking for a Project Manager to lead real‑estate programmes in Casablanca. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring financial rigour and entrepreneurial drive create lasting value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from feasibility studies to design, execution and hand‑over.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets and performance indicators.
• Coordinate architects, engineering firms, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure technical, architectural and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise site work together with site managers and technicians.
• Participate in technical and financial negotiations.
• Organise and chair coordination and site meetings.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and propose necessary arbitrations.
• Guarantee quality, cost control and timely delivery up to final acceptance.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in real‑estate project management, either as owner or owner’s representative.
• Strong knowledge of development and construction processes.
• Leadership, decision‑making ability and strong interpersonal skills.
• Rigorous, autonomous and comfortable working on‑site.
