CNC Machinist IV

About the role

TE is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist IV to join its production team. The role involves setting up, programming, and operating a variety of CNC machines to produce high‑quality parts while maintaining a safe and organized shop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform machine setups, programming, troubleshooting, and production of parts using diverse CNC equipment.
• Assist supervisors in aligning resources to production needs, analyze critical performance metrics, and report results to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop, ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety policies.
• Prepare detailed numerical control programs, set up and operate EDM machines, and program them accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to reduce setup time, recommend cost‑saving measures, and improve product efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of related CNC machining experience.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an AA degree preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
