Maintenance Mechanic III – Industrial Maintenance

About the role

As a Maintenance Mechanic III you will ensure the reliability and availability of manufacturing equipment and facility assets. You will work on preventive and corrective tasks, support the production team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, process equipment and support tools.
• Execute corrective maintenance, document actions and prepare maintenance reports.
• Participate in spare‑parts definition, manage PDRs and support SAP spare‑parts processes.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects to increase equipment uptime.
• Ensure compliance with 5S+1 standards, EHS policies and ISO quality, environmental and safety standards.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and processes.

Required profile

• Bac+2 technical degree (specialized technician).
• 2‑4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
• Fluency in French; English is preferred.
